Tavola 1620
Tavola 1620 is an artisanal bakery, café, delicatessen and Tavola Calda (hot food counter). We produce sourdough breads, viennoiserie, pizza al taglio Romana, focaccia sandwiches, lasagna and many other hot dishes made fresh daily.
We work exclusively with ancient organic wheat flours from Switzerland, sourced from Ferme Arc-en-Ciel in the Jura Vaudois and Zgraggen Hof in Erstfeld, Uri. Our grains are cultivated biodynamically and stone-milled with an Astrié mill, preserving vitamins, minerals and natural vitality.
Using slow, controlled mother-yeast fermentation, we create products that are easier to digest, full of flavour and naturally longer-lasting.
Located across the road from Vinothek 1620, Tavola 1620 supplies our wine bar in the evenings and showcases our Italian roots alongside a high-quality international food offering. Come and visit us.
